1. Yes.
2. No, the client must be a IUIComponent.
3. Yes, if the client is a IUIComponent meaning, Image or a component that implements at least IChildList and IUIComponent.
4. You only need multideveloper licenses, deploying is 'unlimited'. If you are a company with more than one developer using this SWC at time, you will need multi-development licenses.
