Is this possible?

I have a project where I want to get this effect:

I have done this in Flash using timeline animation and now need it in Flex. It seems the easiest way to do this is to have each header width of the Accordion component controlled individually. In the standard Accordion, all header widths are controlled together with the paddingTop property. Can I use your component to control the header widths individually (or any other way that your component can be used to achieve this effect)? Thanks.
